Casino Floor Supervisor

Gold Dust Casino & Hotel is seeking a Casino Floor Supervisor for a full-time onsite role in downtown Deadwood, SD. In this position, you will help maintain a smooth, guest-focused gaming floor by coordinating team activity, overseeing slot machine operations, and ensuring customer service is consistent across each shift.

The role supports day-to-day operations for assigned gaming areas, including monitoring station coverage, observing slot machines in use, and handling guest interactions when questions or concerns arise. The position also includes sharing promotions and keeping patrons informed about current games, events, and applicable house rules.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service by staying informed on current promotions, games, and events both in and out of the casino.
• Supervise and coordinate the activities of workers in assigned gaming areas.
• Move through the gaming floor, including circulating among slot machines and observing operations.
• Ensure that stations and games are covered each shift.
• May explain and interpret the casino operating rules of the house for patrons.
• May plan and organize activities and services for guests in the hotel/casino.
• Handle service complaints with the highest level of professionalism and customer service.

Requirements

• Must have a SDCOG License with either Support or Key License.
