Table Games Dealer

At The STRAT Hotel, Casino & Tower, the Table Games Dealer role supports a confident, guest-first casino experience by keeping assigned games running smoothly and in line with required controls. You will manage table operations with precision while maintaining the integrity of play on the casino floor at the Las Vegas, NV (onsite) property.

This position focuses on accurate cash and chip handling, attentive guest service, and consistent compliance with gaming laws, internal controls, and applicable regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Make change and handle chip exchanges for cash
• Process payoff transactions and collect losing bets
• Receive chips to the table (fills), verify amounts, and place chips on the table
• Count and verify chips returning to the cage (credits)
• Notify the floor person of any irregularities in the game
• Deliver timely, courteous guest service consistent with the company’s guest service culture
• Ensure compliance with applicable gaming laws, internal controls, company policies and procedures, Title 31, and federal regulations if they apply to the position
• Provide outstanding service to guests and fellow team members in line with company standards
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

• At least 21 years of age
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Obtain and maintain all work cards as required by the company
• Verify right to work in the United States
• At least 3 months of experience dealing multiple games, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Excellent guest service skills
• Basic math skills
• Ability to manipulate cards, dice, chips, and gaming devices such as roulette wheels and craps sticks
• Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks accurately in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication skills and willingness to work as part of a team
• Commitment to fostering a respectful, inclusive, and safety-conscious work environment
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both written and verbal

• Occasionally push/pull up to 25 lbs
• Occasionally lift and/or carry up to 25 lbs at floor, knee, waist, and chest levels
• Occasionally squat, kneel, reach, and bend; ability to twist
