Housekeeper

Responsibilities

• Clean guest rooms, hallways, and common areas to meet established cleanliness standards.
• Manage housekeeping supplies and inventory, reporting shortages or needs to management.
• Perform floor care tasks including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing as required.
• Ensure bathrooms and kitchens are properly sanitized by thoroughly cleaning fixtures, surfaces, and appliances.
• Collaborate with the hospitality team to maintain guest satisfaction through timely service.
• Follow safety protocols while handling cleaning chemicals and equipment.
• Respond promptly to guest requests for additional services or items.
• Maintain a positive and professional demeanor when interacting with guests and team members.

Requirements

• Prior housekeeping management experience or a similar role is preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with industrial cleaning practices and floor care techniques is advantageous.
• Background in hospitality or hotel environments is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently as well as within a collaborative team environment.
