Job Description

Responsibilities

Supervise Guest Services operations, including valet, door, and bell attendant services
Recruit, train, coach, and develop team members within Guest Services
Maintain consistently high hospitality standards to support guest satisfaction
Manage staffing schedules and labor coverage across all shifts
Monitor operational flow for guest arrivals and departures, including vehicle management
Handle guest concerns promptly and professionally
Ensure compliance with safety, service, and company standards
Oversee tip pool administration and complete operational reporting

Requirements

3–5 years of experience in hospitality, guest services, valet operations, or hotel operations
Excellent guest service and communication skills
Ability to work both indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions
Valid driver’s license; clean driving record preferred
Ability to stand, walk, and lift luggage up to 50 lbs, staying active for extended periods
Flexible availability, including weekends, holidays, and overnight shifts as needed
Professional appearance and positive attitude
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment

Compensation

Job Description

As a Doorman-Bell Person-Valet Car Parker at Taj Campton Place Hotel, you will help set the tone for every arrival in the Union Square area of San Francisco. What you’ll do
