Responsibilities

• Assist guests with arrivals and departures, handle luggage, and provide valet service as needed (driving abstract required).
• Maintain knowledge of hotel amenities and services to accurately inform guests.
• Leverage strong front desk and guest services experience, with excellent phone etiquette for multi-line systems.
• Be available to work AM shift, PM shift, weekends, and holidays.
• Perform physical tasks including extensive walking, standing, bending, pushing, pulling, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Familiarity with Opera Cloud and HotSOS is helpful.
• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements

• Proven customer service skills and experience in a hotel environment.
• Extensive walking, standing, bending, pushing, pulling, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Must have a clean driving abstract.
• Must be available to work AM shift, PM shift, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong front desk and guest services experience.
• Excellent phone etiquette and ability to handle multi-line phone systems.
