Bell Person/Valet

The Dunhill Hotel in Charlotte, NC invites you to join our on-site team as a Bell Person/Valet. Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide attentive customer service while anticipating their needs.
• Maintain excellent guest relations with a positive attitude toward guests, clients, and co-workers.
• Carry out other duties and tasks as assigned by the manager.
• Approach all interactions with guests and team members in a friendly, service-oriented manner.
• Communicate effectively with other departments as necessary to support smooth operations.
• Maintain a well-groomed, professional appearance.

Requirements

• Previous guest services experience preferred.
• Demonstrates excellent customer service skills.
• Shows strong organizational skills, accuracy, and attention to detail.
• Occasional lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling up to 40 lbs.
• Candidates must successfully complete a drug screen and background check to be eligible for hire.
