Job Description

The Dunhill Hotel in Charlotte, NC invites you to join our on-site team as a Bell Person/Valet. Responsibilities

Greet guests and provide attentive customer service while anticipating their needs.

Approach all interactions with guests and team members in a friendly, service-oriented manner.
Communicate effectively with other departments as necessary to support smooth operations.

Requirements

Previous guest services experience preferred.
Demonstrates excellent customer service skills.
Shows strong organizational skills, accuracy, and attention to detail.
Occasional lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling up to 40 lbs.
Candidates must successfully complete a drug screen and background check to be eligible for hire.
