Job Description

Lead Security Officer at The Orleans Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas, NV, responsible for the safety and security of guests, employees, property, and company assets, including patrolling the property and reviewing incident logs.

Responsibilities

Patrol hotel, casino, and outdoor areas to identify disturbances, illegal activity, or safety hazards, and take appropriate action.
Maintain custody and security of all keys.
Ensure all pertinent log entries are recorded accurately and completely; review Employee Accident and Incident Reports filed.
Assist security officers with assigned duties as needed.
Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

Must be at least 21 years old.
Must meet the qualifications of a Security Officer.
Must be able to stand and walk for the duration of a typical shift.
Physical demands include lifting, reaching, kneeling, bending, and periods of moderate to strenuous exertion.
Six months of casino security or related field experience in a supervisory role is preferred.
Must be able to obtain and maintain any required certifications or licenses.
