Security Officer

Position Summary

Security Officer Level 1 is dedicated to delivering superior service to both internal and external guests while maintaining a secure environment for all patrons, employees, and company assets. This is a safety sensitive role where the incumbent bears responsibility for personal safety and the safety of others.

Responsibilities

• Provide a consistently pleasant, friendly, and welcoming attitude toward all guests and colleagues.
• Uphold the safety and security of customers, employees, and their assets.
• Oversee the safety and security of the casino parking grounds.
• Perform general escorts and manage security dispatch and podium duties.
• Transport money, gaming chips, tokens, and markers as needed.
• Control access to restricted areas, including verification of identifications.
• Monitor the flow of patrons and employees entering and exiting the casino.
• Identify and report safety hazards promptly and accurately.
• Foster a clean, safe, friendly, and enjoyable atmosphere for all guests and staff.
• Work toward departmental goals as established by the company or Security Manager.
• Perform additional duties as assigned or requested by management.

Requirements

• No experience required; comprehensive training provided.
• Overnight shift required.
• Night shift required.
• Location requirement: Boonville, MO 65233 (onsite).
