Lead Security Officer

Lead Security Officer at The Orleans Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas, NV, responsible for the safety and security of guests, employees, property, and company assets, including patrolling the property and reviewing incident logs.

Responsibilities

• Patrol hotel, casino, and outdoor areas to identify disturbances, illegal activity, or safety hazards, and take appropriate action.
• Maintain custody and security of all keys.
• Ensure all pertinent log entries are recorded accurately and completely; review Employee Accident and Incident Reports filed.
• Assist security officers with assigned duties as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Must meet the qualifications of a Security Officer.
• Must be able to stand and walk for the duration of a typical shift.
• Physical demands include lifting, reaching, kneeling, bending, and periods of moderate to strenuous exertion.
• Six months of casino security or related field experience in a supervisory role is preferred.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain any required certifications or licenses.
