Overnight Bell/Valet Attendant

Part-time Overnight Bell and Valet Attendant at Kimpton Hotel Monaco Seattle, onsite in Seattle, WA, with an hourly rate of USD 22.

Responsibilities

• Greet arriving guests with a warm, genuine smile and professional demeanor.
• Promptly assist with luggage to guest rooms and during checkout.
• Escort guests to their rooms, offering a concise tour of hotel amenities and useful local information.
• Coordinate transportation needs and share informed recommendations on events, dining, and attractions nearby.
• Support departing guests by delivering luggage to the curb and verifying transportation readiness.
• Deliver items and packages to guest rooms as required.
• Maintain a clean, inviting lobby between housekeeping rounds.
• Keep the white zone clear and accessible for arrivals and emergencies at all times.
• Serve as a concierge resource when the Front Desk and Concierge teams are unavailable.
• Provide doorperson assistance as needed.
• Collaborate across team members to support operational needs as situations arise.

Requirements

• Washington Driver’s License is required.
• Previous experience in customer service or a similar role.
• Strong written communication and professional interpersonal skills.
• Clean driving record; minor infractions considered.
• Flexible schedule to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
