What we offer

Join the Pullman Miami Airport, part of Pyramid Global Hospitality, onsite in Miami, FL. This role centers on warm, attentive guest service and a collaborative team culture. You will help create memorable stays by greeting guests, assisting with luggage, and guiding them through check-in with local hotel information to personalize their experience. Compensation for this position is USD 16 per hour.

What you’ll do

• Welcome each guest and assist with luggage as part of the guest services team
• Greet arriving guests, open doors when appropriate, and guide them to the front desk for check-in
• Escort guests and their belongings to their room at check-in while highlighting hotel amenities and fun facts
• Collaborate with attendants to ensure a personalized guest experience and open doors for all guests
• Assist with parking and retrieving guest vehicles as requested
• Support the lobby area by keeping the entrance clean and organized

What we’re looking for

• At least one year in a customer service role with high guest interaction
• A Valid drivers license with no major infractions for 6 months
• Hospitality industry experience is a plus
• Ability to solve problems when they arise
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Pleasant and helpful personality
• Must be able to work a full shift standing and moving between the valet lot and different areas of the hotel
• A strong desire to make an impact on others
• Outgoing and engaging personality
• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced setting
• Ability to stand for the duration of the shift
• Must be available to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
