Guest Service Agent

Waterford Hotel Group is hiring an onsite Guest Service Agent in New Orleans, LA.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and say goodbye in a sincere, friendly manner
• Handle guest check-in and check-out
• Assign rooms and complete related administrative tasks
• Answer incoming phone calls
• Post charges to the appropriate guest accounts
• Complete daily checklist duties
• Share relevant information with other departments to support guest satisfaction
• Communicate with guests and help ensure their needs are met

Requirements

• Strong attention to detail, time management, and customer service skills
• Pleasant, friendly demeanor
• Ability to work both as part of a team and independently
• Flexibility with working hours
• Capability to perform with little or no supervision while meeting high-performance standards
• Physical mobility and stamina to support daily duties
• Ability to pass a background check
• Ability to follow instructions

Pay

• $18.00 per hour
