Job Description

Fontainebleau Florida Hotel, LLC sits on the oceanfront of Miami Beach, delivering a luxury guest experience that blends Golden Era glamour with modern design. As an onsite Bell Person, you’ll support guest satisfaction by courteously assisting guests, transporting luggage, and escorting guests to and from their rooms, helping ensure a seamless and memorable stay for every guest.

Guests are invited to enjoy a world where they can shop, dine, spa, meet, or simply relax—made possible by a team that values hospitality, teamwork, and a vibrant luxury environment.

Responsibilities

Transport guests' luggage and escort them to and from their assigned rooms and other hotel areas.
Run errands such as newspapers, faxes, laundry, packages, flowers, etc., and relay messages when necessary.
Store and retrieve guest luggage as needed.
Anticipate guest needs and resolve issues within your authority, otherwise referring to the Bell Captain.
Perform other related duties as assigned.

This role supports guest satisfaction by efficiently transporting luggage, delivering items, and communicating messages, while anticipating guest needs and escalating to the Bell Captain when necessary.

Requirements

Strong communication skills and the ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with staff and guests.
Flexible schedule availability.
Bilingual candidates are highly desirable.
One year of experience as a Bell Person at a major hotel is preferred.
High school education or equivalent preferred.
