Job Description

Leesburg Hotel Group offers a part-time opportunity in Leesburg, VA (onsite) for an Overnight team member who helps create a smooth, welcoming stay after dark. As the first point of contact during overnight hours, you will support guest services while helping protect the accuracy of financial and operational records. Plus, team members receive an employee discount.

What you will do

Welcome and assist guests arriving overnight with professionalism and warmth, creating a positive first impression.
Handle guest check-in and check-out, verifying reservations and managing special requests.
Run front desk operations, including answering multi-line phone systems, fielding guest inquiries, and sharing accurate information about hotel amenities and local attractions.
Complete nightly audits of guest accounts, ensuring transactions are recorded correctly and resolving discrepancies promptly.
Prepare detailed reports covering daily financial activity, occupancy status, and any incidents or maintenance issues noted during your shift.
Monitor security cameras and conduct routine safety inspections to support guest safety and property security.
Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and management to address guest needs quickly and effectively.
Maintain strong guest relations and phone etiquette, using bilingual or multilingual skills when available to better serve diverse guests.

What you bring

Hospitality or front desk experience is highly preferred.
Comfort with night audit procedures, hotel management systems, and multi-line phone systems is advantageous.
Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction in a resort or hotel environment.
Knowledge of hospitality best practices, including guest relations, hotel management protocols, and front desk procedures.
The ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail.
Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus to strengthen communication with international guests.
Excellent phone etiquette and a professional demeanor to support positive guest interactions at all times.
