Responsibilities

Set up conference equipment and arrange it in conference rooms according to the event order
Respond promptly to guest requests
Demonstrate strong time management and adhere to a fixed schedule for refreshes and room turnovers
Perform daily comprehensive cleaning of classrooms, ballrooms, and team rooms, remove trash, and restock meeting room supplies following established standards
Keep storage areas clean, organized, and well maintained
Assist the banquet team with meal setup and related preparations

Requirements

Ability to lift, push, and pull 70 pounds or more
Capacity to walk long distances, averaging 17,000 to 25,000 steps per shift
Strong attention to detail
Housekeeping experience is desirable
