Responsibilities

• Set up conference equipment and arrange it in conference rooms according to the event order
• Respond promptly to guest requests
• Demonstrate strong time management and adhere to a fixed schedule for refreshes and room turnovers
• Perform daily comprehensive cleaning of classrooms, ballrooms, and team rooms, remove trash, and restock meeting room supplies following established standards
• Keep storage areas clean, organized, and well maintained
• Assist the banquet team with meal setup and related preparations

Requirements

• Ability to lift, push, and pull 70 pounds or more
• Capacity to walk long distances, averaging 17,000 to 25,000 steps per shift
• Strong attention to detail
• Housekeeping experience is desirable
