On Call Massage Therapist (On Call)

This on-call position supports spa operations by delivering massage therapy and related body services onsite at Fontainebleau Miami Beach. The role is part-time and focused on meeting spa protocol, ensuring service quality, and promoting guest satisfaction.

Job Overview

As an On Call Massage Therapist, you will provide massage therapy and other body services to guests in alignment with spa standards. You will help maintain a clean, well-organized work environment and support guest service expectations while working onsite at the Miami Beach location.

Responsibilities

• Perform massage therapy and other body services techniques for guests to support profitability, quality standards, and guest satisfaction.
• Carry out massage and body treatments according to spa protocol standards.
• Complete treatments within established timeframes while delivering superior guest services.
• Address and resolve guest complaints to support overall guest satisfaction.
• Monitor and maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization in assigned work areas.
• Set up and organize the workstation with designated supplies, forms, and resource materials.
• Maintain towel, linen, and supply levels required for service.
• Assist guests with questions and sell goods and products to help meet retail sales goals.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Knowledge of therapy concepts, techniques, and assessment.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
• Ability to communicate effectively and establish and maintain effective working relationships with staff.
• Minimum of two years related experience in a spa or resort environment (preferred).
• High school education or equivalent.
• Technical school certification required.
• State and county license required.
