Job Description

Dalton Hospitality Hotel Services is seeking a Guest Services Representative / Breakfast Server for an onsite role in Dalton, GA, with compensation of $12.00-$15.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

Welcome guests on arrival and assist with check-in and check-out procedures.
Share information about hotel facilities, services, and nearby attractions to enhance guest experience.
Respond to guest inquiries and resolve concerns promptly and professionally.
Keep precise records of reservations and transactions using the hotel management system.
Operate the front desk phone system efficiently, ensuring clear communication with guests and staff.
Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to support guest satisfaction.
Maintain a clean, organized front desk area to uphold high standards.

Requirements

Prior experience in customer service or hospitality, especially in hotels or resorts, is preferred.
Strong phone etiquette for handling inquiries professionally.
Bilingual candidates are highly encouraged to apply, as it enhances guest interactions.
Familiarity with hotel management systems and basic office equipment is advantageous.
A background in hospitality management or related fields is beneficial but not required.
Ability to commute to Dalton, GA 30720 (Required).
Ability to relocate to Dalton, GA 30720 before starting (Required).
