Guest Services Representative/Breakfast Server

Dalton Hospitality Hotel Services is seeking a Guest Services Representative / Breakfast Server for an onsite role in Dalton, GA, with compensation of $12.00-$15.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests on arrival and assist with check-in and check-out procedures.
• Share information about hotel facilities, services, and nearby attractions to enhance guest experience.
• Respond to guest inquiries and resolve concerns promptly and professionally.
• Keep precise records of reservations and transactions using the hotel management system.
• Operate the front desk phone system efficiently, ensuring clear communication with guests and staff.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to support guest satisfaction.
• Maintain a clean, organized front desk area to uphold high standards.

Requirements

• Prior experience in customer service or hospitality, especially in hotels or resorts, is preferred.
• Strong phone etiquette for handling inquiries professionally.
• Bilingual candidates are highly encouraged to apply, as it enhances guest interactions.
• Familiarity with hotel management systems and basic office equipment is advantageous.
• A background in hospitality management or related fields is beneficial but not required.
• Ability to commute to Dalton, GA 30720 (Required).
• Ability to relocate to Dalton, GA 30720 before starting (Required).
• Work location: In person.
