Job Description

Work the night shift at The Hotel Rambler, A Hilton Tapestry Collection in Montgomery, OH (onsite) and help keep the property running smoothly after-hours. This role supports a calm, organized overnight experience through accurate auditing, efficient front desk coverage, and responsive guest service. Enjoy a compensation rate of $18.00 per hour, with full-time or part-time schedule options.

Responsibilities

Complete nightly audits of financial transactions and ensure accurate reporting
Manage front desk operations including check-ins and check-outs during the night shift
Provide outstanding customer service by promptly addressing guest inquiries, concerns, and requests
Maintain accurate records of guest accounts and transactions
Handle multi-line phone systems efficiently while maintaining proper phone etiquette
Assist with guest relations to help enhance the guest experience
Collaborate with other departments and shifts prior to your own to support seamless overnight operations

Requirements

Previous experience in hotel night auditing or front desk is REQUIRED
Prior experience in front desk operations or guest services is required
Familiarity with night audit procedures is a plus
Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction
MUST be dependable and have own transportation
Ability to work independently during night shifts while maintaining attention to detail
Ability to commute: Montgomery, OH 45242 (Required)

Work location: In person.
