Hotel Night Auditor

Work the night shift at The Hotel Rambler, A Hilton Tapestry Collection in Montgomery, OH (onsite) and help keep the property running smoothly after-hours. This role supports a calm, organized overnight experience through accurate auditing, efficient front desk coverage, and responsive guest service. Enjoy a compensation rate of $18.00 per hour, with full-time or part-time schedule options.

Responsibilities

• Complete nightly audits of financial transactions and ensure accurate reporting
• Manage front desk operations including check-ins and check-outs during the night shift
• Provide outstanding customer service by promptly addressing guest inquiries, concerns, and requests
• Maintain accurate records of guest accounts and transactions
• Handle multi-line phone systems efficiently while maintaining proper phone etiquette
• Assist with guest relations to help enhance the guest experience
• Collaborate with other departments and shifts prior to your own to support seamless overnight operations

Requirements

• Previous experience in hotel night auditing or front desk is REQUIRED
• Prior experience in front desk operations or guest services is required
• Familiarity with night audit procedures is a plus
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction
• MUST be dependable and have own transportation
• Ability to work independently during night shifts while maintaining attention to detail
• Ability to commute: Montgomery, OH 45242 (Required)
