Job Description

Hotel Evolution LLC is hiring a Housekeeper / Breakfast Attendant for the Holiday Inn & Suites Newberry in Newberry, SC. This full-time role blends daily room upkeep with breakfast service support, helping maintain a clean, welcoming environment for guests from check-in through breakfast.

The schedule is built around 3 days per week in housekeeping and 2 days per week in breakfast service, with the expectation of meeting hotel and brand standards while working both independently and as part of the team.

What You’ll Do

Clean and service guest rooms daily according to hotel standards.
Make beds, change linens, replace towels, and restock in-room supplies.
Thoroughly clean assigned areas, including bathrooms, floors, furniture, mirrors, and other room areas.
Keep guest rooms properly cleaned, organized, and guest-ready.
Report maintenance concerns, damages, or missing items to management promptly.
Maintain housekeeping carts, supply areas, and storage closets in a clean and organized manner.
Follow daily room assignments and complete tasks within required productivity expectations.
Assist with public area cleaning and special deep-cleaning projects as assigned.
Prepare and set up the breakfast area based on hotel and brand standards.
Ensure breakfast is ready and fully stocked at the required opening time.
Refill food, beverages, utensils, and supplies throughout breakfast service.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the breakfast area, including counters, tables, and equipment.
Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner during breakfast hours.
Monitor breakfast presentation and keep items fresh, clean, and properly displayed.
Clean and break down the breakfast area after service.
Report supply needs, equipment concerns, or guest issues to management.
Deliver excellent guest service at all times, maintain a professional attitude, and work cooperatively with all hotel departments.
Follow company policies, safety procedures, cleanliness standards, and brand expectations.
Stay flexible and support operational needs as directed by management, demonstrating reliability, efficiency, and a willingness to learn and grow.

Schedule and Reporting

Schedule: Housekeeping 3 Days / Breakfast 2 Days
Reports to: Executive Housekeeper / General Manager
Work location: In person

What You Bring

Previous hotel housekeeping and/or breakfast attendant experience preferred.
Strong attention to detail, with the ability to maintain cleanliness and organization.
Friendly, professional, and guest-service oriented approach.
Dependable, organized, and able to multitask.
Willingness to learn, take direction, and grow within the company.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays as needed.
Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, kneel, and lift throughout the shift.
Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull supplies, linen, and breakfast items as needed.
Ability to work in a fast-paced hotel environment while maintaining quality and efficiency.

Pay and Benefits

Pay: From USD 12.00 per hour (USD 12 hourly)

Job Description

Hotel Evolution LLC is seeking an Hotel Night Auditor for onsite work in Newberry, SC.

Responsibilities

Run the overnight audit workflow, including balancing and reconciling all daily transactions
Close out the business day in line with hotel and brand standards
Prepare and organize daily operational and financial reports for management review
Deliver strong guest service during the overnight shift, including support with check-in, check-out, reservations, requests, and concerns
Maintain front desk operations and uphold a professional guest experience at all times
Begin breakfast service preparations at 5:00 AM
Monitor the lobby and public areas to support cleanliness, presentation, and guest readiness
Update management and the incoming team on overnight activity, guest concerns, and operational changes
Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and brand service standards

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of hotel experience required
Prior experience in front desk operations, guest service, or night audit preferred
Ability to manage reports with basic accounting or reconciliation skills
Strong communication skills and guest relations abilities
Capability to work independently and stay productive overnight
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
