Hotel Night Auditor

Hotel Evolution LLC is seeking an Hotel Night Auditor for onsite work in Newberry, SC.

Responsibilities

• Run the overnight audit workflow, including balancing and reconciling all daily transactions
• Close out the business day in line with hotel and brand standards
• Prepare and organize daily operational and financial reports for management review
• Deliver strong guest service during the overnight shift, including support with check-in, check-out, reservations, requests, and concerns
• Maintain front desk operations and uphold a professional guest experience at all times
• Begin breakfast service preparations at 5:00 AM
• Monitor the lobby and public areas to support cleanliness, presentation, and guest readiness
• Update management and the incoming team on overnight activity, guest concerns, and operational changes
• Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and brand service standards

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of hotel experience required
• Prior experience in front desk operations, guest service, or night audit preferred
• Ability to manage reports with basic accounting or reconciliation skills
• Strong communication skills and guest relations abilities
• Capability to work independently and stay productive overnight
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
