Job Description

Join the Oshkosh Marriott Waterfront Hotel & Convention Center as a Concierge Lounge Attendant. This onsite role in Oshkosh, Wisconsin focuses on welcoming lounge guests and delivering concierge-level service in a polished, guest-ready atmosphere for Marriott Bonvoy Elite members and VIPs. Compensation is USD 14 - 16 per hour.

Responsibilities

Welcome every lounge guest with genuine hospitality, professionalism, and warmth
Provide personalized assistance, including local recommendations, hotel information, and concierge-style support
Maintain a strong, attentive presence in the lounge to anticipate guest needs
Resolve guest concerns promptly or escalate to leadership when appropriate
Uphold all Marriott brand and service standards
Set up, monitor, and maintain breakfast, evening hors d’oeuvres, snacks, and beverage offerings
Keep food displays fresh, stocked, and visually appealing throughout service periods
Assist with basic food prep, replenishment, and safe food-handling procedures
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all food service areas, tables, and equipment
Ensure the lounge remains organized, inviting, and “guest-ready” at all times
Clear and reset tables to maintain a seamless flow
Monitor access to ensure only eligible guests enter the lounge
Report maintenance issues, supply needs, or equipment concerns promptly
Maintain knowledge of Marriott Bonvoy tiers, benefits, and lounge access policies
Support inventory control and communicate supply needs
Assist with VIP activations or special events in the lounge
Complete opening and closing procedures accurately
Maintain a neat, polished, professional appearance
Follow all safety, security, and company policies
Support leadership and assist with additional tasks as needed
