Concierge Lounge Attendant

Join the Oshkosh Marriott Waterfront Hotel & Convention Center as a Concierge Lounge Attendant. This onsite role in Oshkosh, Wisconsin focuses on welcoming lounge guests and delivering concierge-level service in a polished, guest-ready atmosphere for Marriott Bonvoy Elite members and VIPs. Compensation is USD 14 - 16 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Welcome every lounge guest with genuine hospitality, professionalism, and warmth
• Provide personalized assistance, including local recommendations, hotel information, and concierge-style support
• Maintain a strong, attentive presence in the lounge to anticipate guest needs
• Resolve guest concerns promptly or escalate to leadership when appropriate
• Uphold all Marriott brand and service standards
• Set up, monitor, and maintain breakfast, evening hors d’oeuvres, snacks, and beverage offerings
• Keep food displays fresh, stocked, and visually appealing throughout service periods
• Assist with basic food prep, replenishment, and safe food-handling procedures
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all food service areas, tables, and equipment
• Ensure the lounge remains organized, inviting, and “guest-ready” at all times
• Clear and reset tables to maintain a seamless flow
• Monitor access to ensure only eligible guests enter the lounge
• Report maintenance issues, supply needs, or equipment concerns promptly
• Maintain knowledge of Marriott Bonvoy tiers, benefits, and lounge access policies
• Support inventory control and communicate supply needs
• Assist with VIP activations or special events in the lounge
• Complete opening and closing procedures accurately
• Maintain a neat, polished, professional appearance
• Follow all safety, security, and company policies
• Support leadership and assist with additional tasks as needed
