Room Attendant

Ensure guest rooms and bathrooms are clean, sanitized, and welcoming while providing helpful, friendly service at Loews Hollywood Hotel in Los Angeles, CA (onsite).

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize guest rooms and bathrooms to Loews Hotels standards
• Replace linens and amenities and report maintenance issues promptly
• Organize cleaning carts and linen closets, keeping supplies stocked and used properly
• Report lost items, suspicious behavior, and any other irregularities to supervisors
• Attend departmental meetings and assist in related areas when needed
• Provide accurate information about hotel facilities and services to guests
• Maintain a professional appearance and adhere to uniform standards
• Deliver friendly, helpful guest interactions that support guest satisfaction
• Follow OSHA safety protocols for chemical use and emergency situations
• Maintain regular attendance in accordance with standards
• Be available to work varying schedules based on business needs
• Attend all mandatory training sessions and meetings
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent work experience preferred
• Previous experience in a cleaning role preferred
• Previous experience in a hotel or resort environment preferred
• Basic English skills preferred
• Ability to walk, stand, reach, and bend
• Ability to push, lift, and pull items weighing up to 25 lbs repetitively during the entire shift
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays as required

Pay

• $33.17 per hour (USD)
