Job Description

Join COLUMBUS HOTEL III LLC in Worcester, MA onsite, overseeing evening front desk operations at Hilton Garden Inn Worcester. This 3 p.m. to 11 p.m. role centers on delivering reliable guest experiences, keeping front desk procedures running smoothly, and leading the team during peak evening hours.

What you will do

Supervise and coordinate front desk activities during the evening shift to support smooth, efficient operations.
Welcome guests and assist with check-in and check-out while maintaining exceptional customer service.
Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints.
Manage reservations, cancellations, and room assignments with accuracy.
Support and mentor front desk staff, ensuring team adherence to hotel policies and service standards.
Maintain accurate records of guest transactions and billing.
Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest needs and support room readiness.
Enforce security procedures to help ensure the safety of guests and staff.
Assist with training new team members and conduct shift handovers.

What you bring

Previous experience in hotel front desk or customer service roles is preferred.
Strong leadership and supervisory skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and remain calm under pressure.
Proficiency with hotel management software and MS Office applications.
Flexibility to work 3 p.m. to 11 p.m., including weekends and holidays.
