The Clyde Hotel in Albuquerque, NM seeks a Pool Attendant to uphold the cleanliness and presentation of the pool deck and adjacent areas, assist with pool operations, and support guest services to maintain a safe, welcoming outdoor environment.
Responsibilities
- Keep the pool deck, lounge areas, cabanas, towel stations, restrooms, and surrounding recreational spaces clean and well organized.
- Regularly sanitize pool furniture, tables, railings, and surfaces touched by guests.
- Collect and remove used towels, trash, dishes, and debris across the pool area.
- Restock towels, amenities, cleaning supplies, and guest service items as needed.
- Arrange and reset lounge chairs, umbrellas, and cabanas to meet property standards.
- Monitor the pool environment to ensure cleanliness, safety, and consistent presentation standards.
- Promptly report maintenance concerns, safety hazards, damaged equipment, or cleanliness issues to leadership.
- Support opening and closing duties for pool operations.
- Provide light operational assistance to food and beverage or guest service teams when required.
- Remain attentive to guest activity and handle requests or concerns in a professional manner.
- Adhere to safety, sanitation, chemical handling, and company procedures.
- Maintain courteous and professional interactions with guests, coworkers, and leadership.
- Assist with special events, cabana preparation, and seasonal operational needs as assigned.
- Ensure adherence to pool safety and resort cleanliness standards.
- Execute other related duties as assigned.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Compensation
Hourly pay ranges from USD 14 to 16 per hour.
