Position Overview
As a Banquet Houseperson, you will support the banquet team in preparing event spaces for smooth, successful functions. Your energy and attention to detail help create exceptional experiences for our guests.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up and break down event spaces with the banquet team to ensure rooms are ready for flawless functions
- Assist with arranging furniture, setting tables, and preparing the room based on event specifications
- Support banquet servers by delivering equipment, supplies, and other items in a timely and efficient manner
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in banquet areas to support a welcoming atmosphere
- Work with the banquet team to deliver seamless service and meet guest expectations
- Anticipate guest needs and provide assistance with enthusiasm and a positive attitude
- Follow safety and sanitation standards to support a safe and hygienic environment for guests and staff
- Demonstrate a strong work ethic and commitment to teamwork and excellence

- Ability to lift and move heavy equipment and furniture
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
