Job Description

Hilton is hiring a fully remote, contract Recruiter supporting end-to-end hiring for Hilton-managed hotels across North America (through Talent Solutions).

Key Responsibilities

Own recruitment processes, metrics, and compliance to meet established standards
Use an applicant tracking system to review and evaluate applicant information submitted for job postings
Conduct screening interviews and submit qualified candidates to the appropriate hiring managers
Source candidates for hard-to-fill roles using proactive outreach and sourcing strategies
Set minimum qualification standards before posting and manage job postings across internal, external, and commercial job sites
Administer pre-approved selection tests and pre-employment steps, including:
- Background checks
- Drug testing
- Employment authorization verification
Extend offers to selected candidates
Close out positions in the applicant tracking system after all required notes and final dispositions are completed
Provide ongoing recruitment updates to Recruitment Operations Center leaders, hiring managers, and property-level leadership teams
Build and maintain professional relationships with hiring managers and business leaders to ensure recruitment needs are assessed and fulfilled accurately
Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified talent through networking within the hospitality community, sourcing and cold calling outreach, job fair participation, and continuous engagement with prospective candidates for future openings

Requirements

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proven ability in sourcing and candidate pipeline development
Proficiency with applicant tracking systems
Knowledge of EEOC, ADA, and applicable employment laws
Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with stakeholders at all levels
Strong organizational skills with experience managing multiple requisitions at the same time
Experience in full-cycle recruitment and talent acquisition best practices
