Job Description

Support casino credit and check-cashing operations by ensuring accurate, secure documentation and compliant guest credit service at a high-volume gaming property in Hanover, MD.

Responsibilities

Verify and post confidential credit information and identification credentials to the patron credit line.
Process casino credit applications and maintain customer credit files.
Contact customers by phone or in-person to complete and confirm credit applications.
Coordinate directly with banks and consumer credit reporting agencies, as well as casino credit reporting agencies.
Contact other casinos to request and document patron casino credit information.
Input and authorize new check-cashing customers in the computer system.
Audit mail-in marker payments, including return check logs and return marker logs.
Suspend customers with return check activity; review and process win/loss statements.
Extend complementaries in accordance with the property comp matrix.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

Computer literate and detail oriented.
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
Obtain and maintain all necessary licensing required by the State Gaming Agency for the position.
High school diploma or GED, plus one year of general office work experience.
Ability to sit for extended periods while completing computer and data-entry tasks.
Ability to lift and carry up to 25 lbs (for example: paperwork boxes, supplies).
Occasional standing, walking, bending, and reaching to retrieve files and interact with customers.

Salary

USD 16 - 18 per hour (hourly)
