Job Description

The Residential Luxury Home Project Manager will oversee exclusive high-end residential builds from concept through completion for PBC Hotel Construction Group. This onsite role in Deerfield Beach, FL coordinates planning, procurement, scheduling, and client communications to deliver exceptional craftsmanship. Salary ranges USD 90,000 to 110,000 per year.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee luxury residential construction projects from pre-construction through final walkthrough, ensuring quality and schedule adherence.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to maintain design integrity and timely progress.
  • Lead procurement of materials and equipment aligned with project design and construction plans.
  • Monitor timelines, budgets, and deliverables to achieve on-time and within-budget completion.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable building codes, safety regulations, and permitting requirements.
  • Provide clients with regular progress updates and transparent communication throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Conduct routine site visits to supervise construction activities and uphold high-quality standards.
  • Supervise and support construction teams, motivating staff to meet project goals.
  • Proactively identify project risks and implement mitigations to prevent delays or cost overruns.

Requirements

  • Proven experience managing luxury residential construction projects from inception to closeout.
  • Strong knowledge of residential building systems, methods, and sequencing.
  • Highly organized with excellent time-management and multitasking abilities.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for managing clients, teams, and external partners.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field (preferred).
  • Relevant certifications or licenses (for example, PMP or OSHA) are a plus.
