$16 - $16/hr Full time Custodial Services Customer Service Hospitality

Houseman role at Renaissance Baltimore Harborplace Hotel in Baltimore, MD (onsite).

Maintain cleanliness of the hotel's public areas, including hallways, meeting rooms, and lobbies
Deliver items requested by guests to guestrooms (amenities, rollaway beds, cribs, and bedding)
Complete special projects assigned by housekeeping managers
Provide premier guest service by anticipating needs and responding quickly to requests
Keep guest rooms, hallways, lobby, and other workspaces clean and orderly
Transport clean linen to housekeeping storage rooms and replenish linen supplies on each floor
Begin each shift by visiting assigned floors and collecting trash, soiled linen, and other materials as directed by management

1 year experience as a houseperson or housekeeper strongly desired
Solid work ethic with excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills
High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques and products
Proven customer service experience with a strong guest-focused mentality

Hourly rate: $16.22 hourly
