Job Description
Houseman role at Renaissance Baltimore Harborplace Hotel in Baltimore, MD (onsite).
Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness of the hotel's public areas, including hallways, meeting rooms, and lobbies
- Deliver items requested by guests to guestrooms (amenities, rollaway beds, cribs, and bedding)
- Complete special projects assigned by housekeeping managers
- Provide premier guest service by anticipating needs and responding quickly to requests
- Keep guest rooms, hallways, lobby, and other workspaces clean and orderly
- Transport clean linen to housekeeping storage rooms and replenish linen supplies on each floor
- Begin each shift by visiting assigned floors and collecting trash, soiled linen, and other materials as directed by management
Requirements
- 1 year experience as a houseperson or housekeeper strongly desired
- Solid work ethic with excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
- Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques and products
- Proven customer service experience with a strong guest-focused mentality

Compensation
Hourly rate: $16.22 hourly
