Houseman role at Renaissance Baltimore Harborplace Hotel in Baltimore, MD (onsite).

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of the hotel's public areas, including hallways, meeting rooms, and lobbies
• Deliver items requested by guests to guestrooms (amenities, rollaway beds, cribs, and bedding)
• Complete special projects assigned by housekeeping managers
• Provide premier guest service by anticipating needs and responding quickly to requests
• Keep guest rooms, hallways, lobby, and other workspaces clean and orderly
• Transport clean linen to housekeeping storage rooms and replenish linen supplies on each floor
• Begin each shift by visiting assigned floors and collecting trash, soiled linen, and other materials as directed by management

Requirements

• 1 year experience as a houseperson or housekeeper strongly desired
• Solid work ethic with excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
• Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques and products
• Proven customer service experience with a strong guest-focused mentality
