Key Responsibilities

Deliver a warm, efficient guest experience during night check-in and check-out by sharing room and hotel information, directions, amenities, and local interests.
Use strong interpersonal and communication skills to secure payment, verify and adjust billing as needed, and handle guest complaints with appropriate action.
Review nightly data and use it to create a clear picture for the next day’s operations and actions.

What You Bring

Strong organization skills to manage overnight tasks accurately.
Ability to optimize guest satisfaction while maintaining efficient service.
Computer proficiency for nightly data and billing-related needs.
Ability to work overnight shifts.
High School Diploma or GED preferred.

Compensation & Location

USD 19 - 21 per hour (onsite in Issaquah, WA).
