Key Responsibilities

• Deliver a warm, efficient guest experience during night check-in and check-out by sharing room and hotel information, directions, amenities, and local interests.
• Use strong interpersonal and communication skills to secure payment, verify and adjust billing as needed, and handle guest complaints with appropriate action.
• Review nightly data and use it to create a clear picture for the next day’s operations and actions.

What You Bring

• Strong organization skills to manage overnight tasks accurately.
• Ability to optimize guest satisfaction while maintaining efficient service.
• Computer proficiency for nightly data and billing-related needs.
• Ability to work overnight shifts.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.

Compensation & Location

USD 19 - 21 per hour (onsite in Issaquah, WA).
