Resumen del puesto

Se busca una persona responsable, detallista y orientada al huésped para dar servicio a habitaciones y áreas asignadas, asegurando un entorno limpio, cómodo y acogedor. Responsabilidades

Limpiar y dar servicio a habitaciones, baños y áreas asignadas del hotel de acuerdo con estándares de limpieza de la empresa y la marca.
Reemplazar ropa de cama, toallas y amenidades de las habitaciones.
Aspirar, desempolvar, desinfectar y organizar habitaciones y áreas de trabajo.
Inspeccionar habitaciones para garantizar calidad, limpieza y preparación para la llegada de huéspedes.
Responder de manera rápida y profesional a solicitudes de huéspedes y asuntos relacionados con limpieza.
Reportar inmediatamente problemas de mantenimiento, artículos dañados o preocupaciones de seguridad a la administración del hotel.
Mantener la confidencialidad y seguridad de las habitaciones e información de los huéspedes.
Utilizar productos químicos, equipos y herramientas de limpieza de forma segura y conforme a los procedimientos de la empresa.
Reabastecer carros de limpieza y suministros durante el turno.
Colaborar con otros miembros del equipo de limpieza, recepción y liderazgo del hotel para apoyar las operaciones y la satisfacción de los huéspedes.

Requisitos

Experiencia previa en limpieza profesional (requerida).
Se prefiere experiencia previa en limpieza de habitaciones de hotel.
Alta atención al detalle, habilidades de organización y manejo del tiempo; capacidad para trabajar con mínima supervisión en un entorno hotelero dinámico.
Asistencia confiable y puntualidad, actitud profesional, sólidas habilidades interpersonales y trabajo en equipo.
Se prefiere conocimiento sobre métodos adecuados de limpieza y manejo seguro de productos químicos.
Enfoque en el servicio al huésped y compromiso con la excelencia en hospitalidad.
Disponibilidad flexible, incluyendo fines de semana, días festivos y diferentes turnos según las necesidades del negocio.
Diploma de preparatoria o capacitación vocacional equivalente.
Capacidad para permanecer de pie, caminar, agacharse, inclinarse, arrodillarse, estirarse y realizar movimientos físicos repetitivos durante todo el turno.
Capacidad para levantar, cargar, mover, empujar o jalar regularmente suministros de limpieza, ropa de cama y equipos que pesen hasta 50 libras, con o sin adaptación razonable.
Capacidad para empujar o jalar carros de limpieza, aspiradoras y equipos que pesen hasta 100 libras, con o sin adaptación razonable.

Monitor energy conservation efforts
Repair vacuum cleaners and other small equipment when requested
Respond promptly to alarms to identify location and cause, assess emergency status and report findings to the Front Desk
Take on additional tasks as directed by the supervisor or manager
Access back-of-house areas and sensitive information
Interact with guests and colleagues, occasionally without direct supervision
Access and control sensitive areas such as the Hotel Safe, master keys and guestrooms, storage and liquor room, and secured file cabinets
