Night Auditor

At AC Hotel St. Petersburg, the Night Auditor plays a key role in keeping the hotel running smoothly during evening and overnight hours. This position supports guest satisfaction by carrying out reservation, check-in and check-out, payment, and service procedures while staying aligned with brand quality standards.

Based in Saint Petersburg, FL (onsite), the Night Auditor will help ensure collections are processed correctly, documentation is completed on time, and daily rates are handled with an eye toward optimization. This role earns USD 16 - 18 per hourly.

Responsibilities

• Perform guest reservation, check-in, check-out, payment, and service procedures according to brand quality assurance standards
• Maintain a friendly, hospitable approach with guests and team members and remain present at the desk during all hours
• Build and maintain knowledge of local attractions and amenities to support guest requests
• Ensure credit card and direct bill collections follow company policies
• Maintain proper control of keys, safe deposits, and company and guest property
• Optimize rates by monitoring competitor occupancy and rates
• Complete required documentation in a timely manner
• Quote daily rates and properly issue credits as needed
• Perform other duties as assigned to support guest satisfaction

Requirements

• Proficiency in administering applicable property management systems
• Ability to respond quickly and appropriately to emergency situations
• Experience with accurate cash handling and credit cards, including maintaining security of confidential information
• Ability to pass certification tests required to meet brand standards
• Experience working with computers, including data entry
• Ability to work well with others
• Strong customer focus with guests’ needs prioritized
• Approachable communication style that encourages effective communication with guests and team members
