Night Auditor

Provide overnight guest support while running front desk and completing nightly financial audits for The Burgundy Hotel, Tapestry Collection by Hilton in Little Rock, AR (onsite).

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests overnight with warmth and professionalism to support seamless check-in and check-out.
• Oversee front desk operations, including reservations, room assignments, and billing, with accuracy and efficiency.
• Perform nightly financial audits by reviewing transactions, verifying billing accuracy, and preparing detailed reports for management.
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly while maintaining service standards.
• Support hotel security by monitoring access points and conducting periodic patrols of common areas.
• Answer and direct calls using appropriate phone etiquette on a multi-line phone system.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to address guest needs and support cleanliness and safety overnight.
• Complete thorough documentation of overnight activities using shift notes, incident reports, and audit logs.

Requirements

• Hospitality, front desk operations, or hotel management background is preferred.
• Night audit experience and familiarity with hotel management systems are highly beneficial.
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly, solution-oriented approach.
• Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive information professionally and confidentially.
• Experience in boutique or full-service hotel environments is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently during overnight hours.

Pay

• Salary: USD 14 per hourly
• Pay range: From $14.00 per hour
