THE AMERICAN HOTEL in Sag Harbor, NY is hiring an experienced Sous Chef to support daily kitchen operations alongside an Executive Chef, and an experienced Line Cook for a busy, fast-paced kitchen environment. Both roles focus on producing high-quality food with strong culinary technique, clear organization, and reliable teamwork on every shift.

Work setting: Onsite (in person), Sag Harbor, NY

Pay: From $25.00 per hour

Sous Chef

Support the Executive Chef in overseeing daily kitchen operations.
Prepare high-quality food.

Qualifications (Sous Chef):
