Responsibilities

Warmly greet guests, assist with check-in and check-out, and provide friendly service at the front desk
Answer phone calls, assist with reservations, and share local recommendations for activities, dining, and attractions
Address guest requests and resolve issues promptly to help ensure a high-quality stay
Assist with setup, stocking, and tidiness of the complimentary breakfast area
Clean and prepare guest rooms to brand standards, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and cleaning bathrooms
Replenish room amenities such as towels, soaps, coffee, and linens
Operate commercial laundry machines to wash, dry, and fold lodge linens and towels
Keep public areas (lobby, hallways, restrooms, and pool area) clean and organized

Requirements

Prior customer service, retail, or hospitality experience is a plus, but we are happy to train the right candidate
Strong communication skills and basic comfort with front desk computer systems
Attention to detail and a sense for creating a welcoming room environment
Physical stamina to bend, lift, stand, and stay active throughout a shift
Reliable, independent worker who is ready to jump in where needed
Flexibility to work weekends and holidays
