Job Description

Join Forest Suites Resort in South Lake Tahoe, part of Pyramid Global Hospitality, for a guest‑driven, team‑oriented culture. This on‑site, part‑time Activities Attendant role focuses on leading family programs, delivering concierge‑style guest service, and promoting resort activities and dining options with bar knowledge. Responsibilities

Lead and coordinate family and activity programs for guests
Provide guest service and information related to activities and directions
Promote and communicate guest activities and resort special events to guests
Collaborate with other resort departments to plan and execute activities and events
Develop knowledge of wines and beverages as they appear on the bar menu
Handle cash transactions and banking tasks as directed by Accounting
Perform bar inventory as required by the Director of Sales
Maintain cleanliness of bar and related work areas
Support the Food and Beverage Department as needed
Deliver exceptional customer service to all guests

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Strong desire to positively impact other people
Outgoing and engaging personality
Advanced knowledge of the local area
Computer skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work in a fast‑paced setting
Ability to stand for the duration of the shift
Availability to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
