Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate family and activity programs for guests
• Provide guest service and information related to activities and directions
• Promote and communicate guest activities and resort special events to guests
• Collaborate with other resort departments to plan and execute activities and events
• Develop knowledge of wines and beverages as they appear on the bar menu
• Handle cash transactions and banking tasks as directed by Accounting
• Perform bar inventory as required by the Director of Sales
• Maintain cleanliness of bar and related work areas
• Support the Food and Beverage Department as needed
• Deliver exceptional customer service to all guests

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong desire to positively impact other people
• Outgoing and engaging personality
• Advanced knowledge of the local area
• Computer skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced setting
• Ability to stand for the duration of the shift
• Availability to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
