Job Description

This housekeeping lead role centers on inspecting and preparing guest rooms for check-in, while maintaining laundry operations and the organization and cleanliness of the housekeeping spaces.

Salary: USD 17 per hourly

Responsibilities

Assist in training, coaching, and developing team members
Inspect public spaces and guest rooms to ensure quality and cleanliness meet standards
Report broken or missing items to maintenance or management
Coordinate with housekeeping staff regarding rooms to be cleaned and any special requests
Provide room status updates to the front desk
Deliver and arrange in-room items such as floral arrangements or sparkling wine
Collect and log lost and found items, contacting guests when items are recovered
Conduct mini-bar inspections and restock as needed
Maintain cleanliness and organization of housekeeping spaces
Manage daily laundry tasks
Notify management of low inventory levels
May be required to perform housekeeping duties as staffing needs dictate
Complete additional departmental projects as assigned by the Rooms Operations Manager
