Responsibilities

In this role, you will deliver courteous and competent service to ensure guests are processed efficiently during check in and check out.

Complete necessary paperwork and respond to guest comments and requests.
Collect proper cash, credit card, or other form of payment.
Post all room charges, paid outs, and corrections accurately.
Check availability and rates on a continuous basis.
Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Well organized and demonstrated strong problem solving skills.
Ability to communicate effectively and establish and maintain effective working relationships with staff.
Bilingual highly desirable.
High school education or equivalent. College degree preferred.
