At The Edgewater Hotel in Madison, Wisconsin, you will join a spa team that prioritizes guest wellness and a collaborative culture. This position provides flexible hours with weekend availability, and you can work either full-time or part-time on-site. You will deliver Swedish, Deep Tissue, Prenatal and body mobilization massage to relieve pain, improve circulation, reduce stress, and promote relaxation for clients. This is an in-person, on-site role in Madison. We encourage applicants with a criminal record to apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide a range of massage modalities including Swedish, Deep Tissue, Prenatal, and body mobilization techniques.
• Relieve pain for clients through targeted therapeutic work.
• Enhance circulation and lymphatic flow through skilled massage.
• Reduce stress and promote deeper relaxation for guests.
• Support overall wellness and comfort for clients during sessions.

Requirements

• Completion of at least 600 hours in an approved massage therapy program and possession of licenses as required by Wisconsin state law.
• Ability to physically perform the duties of a massage therapist.
• Caring, positive attitude with a genuine interest in helping clients.
• Excellent customer service skills and the ability to work well within a team.
• Self-driven, entrepreneurial mindset toward achieving professional goals.

Our therapists perform Swedish, Deep Tissue, Prenatal and body mobilization techniques to ease discomfort, improve circulation, reduce stress, and foster overall wellness for our guests.

Hours of Operation

Monday through Friday 10:00 am to 6:00 pm; Saturday and Sunday 9:00 am to 6:00 pm. Flexible hours with weekend availability required. Full-time and part-time positions available.

Pay

USD 50.00 to 75.00 per hour.
