Line Attendant - Fresh Harvest Buffet

Bring consistency and care to the Fresh Harvest Buffet as a Line Attendant at Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Atlantic City in Atlantic City, NJ. Working onsite, you will support the kitchen team under the direction of the Sous Chef, helping keep the food line stocked, serving buffet items, and maintaining a clean, safe station. The role also supports strong team standards around ethics, communication, and respectful service.

Pay: USD 22 per hourly.

Role overview

You will ensure the buffet line stays ready for guests by keeping the station supplied, supporting service from the buffet, and maintaining appropriate food temperatures. Alongside that, you will keep your server station clean at all times and help maintain a hazard-free work environment within your area of responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Under the direction of the Sous Chef, ensure the food line is full and serve food from the buffet.
• Keep the server station clean at all times, including ensuring the station remains full.
• Maintain proper food temperatures throughout service.
• Demonstrate actions and behaviors that reinforce the Company’s Mission and Values: Communication, Integrity, Fun, Respect, Accountability, Passion, and Dedication.
• Ensure prompt and discreet notification to managers and/or the Ethics Hotline of any observation of illegal acts or internal ethics violations.
• Promote positive public and team member relations at all times.
• Maintain a clean, safe, hazard-free work environment within the area of responsibility.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 6 months experience in high volume food service or customer service preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
