Job Description

The Clubhouse Cook role is a part-time on-site position based in Wisconsin Dells, WI, tasked with preparing and cooking menu items in accordance with recipes and safety standards, maintaining a clean and well-stocked kitchen, assisting across kitchen stations, and training new employees.

Responsibilities

Prepare and cook food items according to recipes, procedures, and presentation standards set by the Chef de Cuisine.
Ensure all food is stored, prepared, and cooked in compliance with food safety and handling guidelines.
Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked work environment.
Work effectively as part of a team and take direction from supervisors.
Acquire knowledge of all kitchen stations and assist as needed during busy periods.
Train new employees on standard procedures and position requirements.
Comply with all internal controls, company policies, departmental procedures, and safety regulations.
Fully uphold department standards and perform all other duties as assigned by management.
