Valet Attendant

At The Mayo Hotel in Tulsa, OK, the Valet Attendant role supports a high-touch arrival experience for every guest. This onsite position combines professional guest interaction with careful vehicle handling, along with hands-on assistance that may include bell service and concierge-style support. The ideal candidate maintains an impeccable appearance, drives safely, and is available during weekends, evenings, and holidays.

Working within the front-of-house environment, you will help set the tone at the front entrance while partnering with other hotel departments to keep service smooth and welcoming.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a warm, professional welcome and assist with luggage
• Safely and efficiently park and retrieve guest vehicles
• Provide concierge-level support by answering guest questions and offering local recommendations
• Support bell service by assisting with guest arrivals, departures, and room deliveries
• Ensure the front entrance and valet area remain clean, organized, and welcoming
• Collaborate with the front desk, housekeeping, and other departments to enhance the guest experience

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• Must have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
• Must come to interview with a current MVR (motor vehicle driving record)
• Ability to drive both manual and automatic vehicles is preferred
• Impeccable grooming, punctuality, and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Previous experience in valet, hospitality, or guest services is a plus
• Weekend, evening, and holiday availability required
